Although RemittVen is designed to be highly intuitive and user-friendly, a quick guide never hurts.
1. Sign Up o Login
Log in to the RemittVen registration if you don’t have an account yet. If you are a former Ven2Ven user, please remember that you must register again.
Please enter your first and last names exactly as they appear on your identification document. Do NOT omit any information, as your account will be verified against your document. Be precise with your date of birth and phone number. If you live in Spain, reside in Spain, but you do not necessarily have to be Spanish. Fill in your email and password; both must match exactly. Your password must contain at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
An email with a validation code will be sent to you immediately. Please always check your spam folder. Enter the code in the confirmation field.
2. Perfil y Validación
Rellena los datos de tu dirección completa incluyendo el número de edificio o piso junto a el código postal.
Rellena Todo Los Datos De Manera Precisa.
A Los Pasaportes Venezolanos Vencidos Debes Sumarles 5 Años Desde Su Fecha De Expiración.
Imagen De ID, Pasaporte, Licencia.
Recomendamnmos Tomar Una Foto Directamente Desde Tu Móvil. Los Datos Deben Coincidir Perfectamente Con Los Suministrados. Si Tienes Pasaporte Venezolano Sube La Imagen De La Primera Página Aún Cuando Este Vencido O Cuando Tengas Prórroga. Las Cédulas Y Licencias Venezolanas No Estan Permitidas.
Verificación
Si Todos Tus Datos Están Correctos La Verificación Tardará Solámente Unas Horas, De Lo Contrario Nos Comunicaremos Contigo.
3. Beneficiarios
Llene los datos solicitados del beneficiario. Por favor asegúrate de que los datos son los correctos. Si los datos suministrados no son correctos usted podrá perder tiempo y dinero.
Trabajamos con todos los bancos en destino, ingrese el número de cuenta y el banco se seleccionará automáticamente.
No existe ningún mecanismo implementado que impida enviar dinero a cuentas de ahorro sin embargo, los montos "altos" transferidos a las cuentas de ahorros son rechazados en su grandísima mayoría. Desconocemos estos montos y además son muy variantes en el tiempo. Es imposible predecir si tu transferencia será rechazada o no, razón por la cual recomendamos no utilizar cuentas de ahorro. ¡Si es posible, no utilizarlas para recibir las transferencias en destino será un ahorro de tiempo y dinero!
4. Pago
Recuerda que para poder hacer una transferencia debes haber creado primero un beneficiario.

Si Tienes Más De Un Beneficiario Asegúrate Que Es El Correcto.
Escoge El Monto A Enviar.
Ingresa El Monto A Enviar, Todo Los Demás Datos Se Rellenarán Automáticamente. Confirma Tu Transferencia Y Procede A El Pago Con Tarjeta De Débito.
Pago
Introduce Los Datos De Tu Tarjeta De Débito Y Cerciórate Que Son Los Correctos. Serás Dirigido A Una Página De Seguridad De Tu Banco Y Luego De Que Tu Pago Esté Aprobado Ya Tu Transferencia Estará En Proceso! Recibirás Un Correo Cuando Ya Esté En Destino.
